  • A returnable security deposit is required of either £150.00 0r $250.00. (Once property has been inspected and cleaned and found to be in same condition as on arrival.)

  • Maximum number of party not to exceed 10 plus up to 2 babies, failure to abide by this could invalidate insurance.

  • Check in from 4pm on day of arrival

  • Check out by 10am on day of departure

  • Any additional services such as pool heat ($15.00 per day) cot, high chair should be agreed and confirmed in advance of arrival.
